The symbolism of a Doll’s House

In the play, the slamming door symbolizes a intensity of anger in a room, in which Nora and Helmer had argument over responsibility. Then Nora decides to leave out. Nora decides to leave Torvald sending him a message by slamming the door shut. Nora end will be the new beginning in life. Sometimes in life we have to slam doors when we are mad, to solve our problems.
When she leaves, her life was no longer a masquerade. There was no ball or party anymore after she had left. She couldn’t mask it, but she had to learn what’s best for as a independent women. She keeps going to find what she’s looking for, even if she feels lost. Life is not always a masquerade; it has its ups and downs.
The letters symbolizes writing to someone, something with out actually communication in person. That’s what Nora does to Helmer so she didn’t have to tell him, she had borrowed the money in person. Krogstad had put it in his mailbox. Helmer had read the letter that was from Nora and was angry. In life we send letters to people for many reason, but for the most part is to tell them on paper rather than in person.
The Tarantella symbolizes when Nora practices for Helmer for the dance. She was full of excitement. It was an attempt to a full and satisfying life for her. She never had a satisfying life with Torvald although he’s teaching her how to dance. Helmer treats her like a Doll, by teaching her how to dance right and giving her cute little stuffed animals. In life when were out and about at a party, we would like to know how to dance before we go.
The macaroons symbolize a cookie that Nora loves to cook and eat. She is addicted to eating them and tries not to let Helmer see her do so. If he does, she wanted him to see that she is a person too, not a play doll. She quibbles on a few when there eating dinner at the table. People are not perfect eaters, we eat stuff that we want.
The Fancy Dress symbolizes what Helmer thinks of Nora. That is a doll, because he makes her put on what to wear. So Nora has no decision on what to wear. She gave up some things because in life you have to do that to get what you want.

My reflection of waves moves me to when I understand how to symbolize meanings as I do to my waves. It's important, because it helps you understand the true meaning on just ordinary objects.
